Ok, I'll admit it, my favourite thing about Easter is that Cadbury Cream Eggs are everywhere and somehow it's a lot more acceptable to stuff yourself full of them at this time of year. So I nearly died when I saw one of our favourite blogs, Raspberri Cupcakes had come up with a delicious cheesecake filled version with a passionfruit yoke - yummm!
